Professional Billing and Invoicing…

I leave nothing to chance.  I use a professional billing service which provides you (my customer) with the following benefits:

  • You can view ALL the invoices and ALL the expenses (past and present) on-line
  • You can Pay on-line via credit card, or send me a check
  • You can have several accounts and several logins (including billing staff) for your account
  • You can have several billing accounts depending on what country the work is taking place in
  • You are sent e-mails for late payment reminders
  • You are notified with a professional invoice with a full explanation of each line-item
  • You are notified by e-mail with a PDF for every invoice and expense report
  • You are notified by e-mail for every payment you make by check (when I receive the check)
  • You are notified by e-mail for every on-line payment made
  • You can make incremental payments on-line by credit card

Current Rates for 2011 and 2012:

My rates for consulting are as follows:

  • Consulting: $4,000 USD per day (rates for on-site work outside USA vary), note: consulting rates do not apply to training classes
  • 1/2 day sessions are available – for $2k USD per day (IN THE USA ONLY)
  • Introductory 1 hour webinars are available for $997 – no limit to the number of people
  • Training Classes on-site: Between $900 per student and $3200 per student depending on the course, number of students, and number of days
  • CUSTOM CLASSES are available, contact us for more information.

On-Site Stipulations:

  • For on-site visits, you (as a customer) must pre-pay my air-fare and hotel expenses,  the remaining expenses will be billed at the end of the trip.

Long Term Contracting:

  • 6 Month renewable contracts available
  • Flex-Time Based: minimum monthly base charge + per-hour charge for hours that are used
  • Maximum spend ceiling can be set
  • Rate: $1800 USD per day (USA only) = $225 / hr (approx)
  • 90/10 rule: 90% work remote (from my offices), 10% work on-site, keeps your costs and expenses down
  • Travel to & from on-site: rate is $113 USD per hour, with a maximum 8 hour travel time charge

With the FLEX-TIME 6 month contract, you only pay for what you use (over and above the minimum monthly charge).
